THE GATEHOUSE is a two storey building with a large open plan living room and two bedrooms accommodating up to five people. There is small entrance porch and glazed doors from the living room to a small garden.   The spacious living room has exposed beams and a log burning fire. There is comfortable seating and a 21" TV with VCR/DVD/CD player. The windows face east and south and overlook gardens and a quiet country lane.

There is a comfortable dining area with double glazed doors leading out to a small garden.   The kitchen is very well equipped with electric cooker and hob (and cooker hood), fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a full set of crockery and cutlery.

The large double bedroom has a double bed with bedside lighting. The windows overlook the gardens.   The double bedroom has a large chest of drawers (also used as dressing table) and a bookshelf. There is a large wardrobe and an airing cupboard on the landing.

The triple bedroom has a single bed and two bunk beds. There is a chest of drawers and a dressing table. The window overlooks the gardens.   The bathroom has a three piece suite with a bath (electric shower over), hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Heating is by a log burning stove in the living room, electric storage radiators in the living room and both bedrooms, an instant electric heater in the dining area and a hot air heater in the bathroom. Hot water is from an immersion heater.
