Recommended directions

From the Aller Cross Roundabout near South Molton on the A361, take the A399 signposted to Ilfracombe and Combe Martin.
Continue on the A399 for about 10 miles (past Brayford signposted to the right and Bratton Fleming to the left) and turn right along the B3358 towards Simonsbath.
Turn second right after about 2.5 miles, signposted Four Cross Way (about 50 yards BEFORE the Black Venus Inn).
Exmoor Cottage Holidays at Town Tenement Farm is about 250 yards (third five-bar gate) on the right hand side (the name is marked to the left of the entrance).
