Garden cottage is a single storey south and west facing holiday cottage with an open plan living room, two bedrooms sleeping up to four (a double and a twin), a spacious wet-room with shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail and a small enclosed garden with picnic table. This accessible holiday accommodation is all on one level and ideal for those who may have difficulty with stairs.   The large comfortable living room has a beamed ceiling, a wood burner stove, comfortable seating for four and a 21" TV with VCR/DVD/CD player and Freeview digital TV. A double glazed French door leads out to a small south-west facing fully enclosed garden with picnic table and several trellised clematis and passionflower, ideal for containing small children and dogs.

The kitchen has a beamed ceiling and is fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, hob and cooker hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all crockery and cutlery. The double glazed window overlooks the small private garden.   The small double bedroom has a ledged and braced timber door, a double bed and an antique built-in wardrobe. The east-facing window overlooks the peaceful courtyard. Heating is provided by an electric night storage radiator.

The twin bedroom has a ledged and braced timber door, large twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The south facing window overlooks a quiet country lane. Heating is provided by an electric night storage radiator.   The wet room has tiled walls and floor, hand basin, shower, WC and heated towel rail. Grab rails are provided for the WC and shower. Heating is by a 2KW hot air blower. Hot water for the bathroom and kitchen is provided by an electric immersion heater.
