SHORT & WEEKEND BREAKS: Minimum of two nights (three nights during school holidays), charged at 1/6th of the weekly rate per night. EACH COTTAGE HAS: a private garden, wood burning stove, 21" TV with VCR/DVD/CD player, detailed information book with information about the cottages and the local area. FREE: Welcome pack (some tea, coffee, milk and sugar) and access to our library of board games. We also provide a dishcloth and tea towel and some washing up liquid and a toilet roll. FREE: Kindling and logs for the wood burning stove. FREE: Electricity for heating/hot water (& oil for the Rayburn in THE FARMHOUSE). DOGS: Well behaved dogs are welcome (charged £12 per week each). The cottages are fully equipped with all that you would expect (including little extras such as toaster, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer) and the beds are made for your arrival with fresh linen and duvets. We can provide towel sets (one large and one small towel) if required for an extra charge of £5 per set. A high-chair and cot are available free (please bring your own bedding for the cot) and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in THE FARMHOUSE (and in a room on site for use by the other cottages).
